Duo Security two-factor authentication (2FA)

Duo Security is RISD's two-factor authentication (2FA) solution for Workday and Google Workspace.

Two-factor authentication enhances the security of your account by using a secondary device to verify your identity (e.g. mobile, landline, hardware token, etc.). This will prevent anyone from accessing your account, even if they know your password.

Enroll in Duo 2FA

The first time you access a RISD service that requires Duo 2FA, you will be guided through the enrollment process. The video below overviews the process.
